Introduction:
CDP-12E Automatic Linear Filling Machine is suitable for filling products with good fluidity. It uses vertical structure with constant liquid level and time which realize the precise filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation.
Features:
1. Filling heads & nozzles are all anti corrosive PP material, filling valves are UPVC plastic valves; liquid tray is coated with Teflon.
2. The machine framework, material tank, material feeding pipes and electrical cabinets are all anti corrosive PP material.
3.Isolate electrical cabinet design, organic glass cover seals the machine, Exhausting system is reserved on the top of the machine. It can connect with the company exhausting system which is safe and environmental friendly.
4. The Cylinder drives the diving of the filling nozzle and matched with the variable filling speed which can reduce foaming while filling and avoid polluting to the bottles.
5. The machine uses France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe and low consumption of energy.
6. Multiple Inspection System
7. Except for the normal inspection of liquid level, it also has alarm and flashlight alarm device, this can avoid the un-normal situation of liquid level
8. Japan SMC Air pressure inspecting device to check the current air pressure, when the air pressure is lower than the setting value, it will alarm and stop automatically.
